Brittany was wonderful, she got a General Liability policy in effect for my husband's business in less than an hour with everything we needed. I cannot emphasize enough that Brittany was so knowledgeable, and her experience shows in how I was treated!! We had dealt with 2 other companies, and they just could not do what we needed since we had some extra coverages and wording that we needed to make sure was covered in the policy, we dealt with one almost 3wks, paid for the policy, and then had to keep calling back to get the wording right and the coverage right, to be finally told that they could not supply what we needed and knew that from the beginning, even though we had sent them in writing the documentation that was specifically needed. FRUSTRATING!!! That was no problem with Brittany, sent the same documentation and was given a policy in less than an hour with everything we needed!!"
